This is the actual item you will receive and it is authenticated by Major League Baseball (MLB) with certification hologram #BB943031. This 2 15/16" x 17 15/16" plastic name plate is 1/16" thick and was specifically used on the player's locker for the March 30, 2008 Opening Day game of the Washington Nationals Inaugural Season at Nationals Park!! Yes, this was the historic first ever official MLB game played at Nationals Park. The hologram may be verified on MLB's website (

Lo Duca went 0 for 3 as the starting catcher. There is typical wear mainly in the form of mild scuffing with a minor indentation possible on these Nationals name plates we acquired and are listing.
